💻 Non-Returnable Items
Downloadable digital products (eBooks, PDFs, etc.)
Subscriptions or journal access once accessed or delivered
Digital products can only be refunded if proven defective or inaccessible due to our error.
💰 Refunds

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
